> Landvoyant builds measured 3D models of land for listings, buyers and developers. Each model is built from airborne laser scans, registered lot lines and aerial photography, and is delivered as one link to a 3D tour that opens on any phone or computer with no account and no app. No drone flights. No site visit needed.

## What a buyer sees

- Aerial photography laid over the measured ground
- In the showcase model: sample homes on the real building sites, the drive up the access road, the view from the building site, and a narrated tour

- What it becomes (showcase): from $1,500
- Lots, roads and phases (development model): quoted, one price agreed before work begins

## How every model is made
- Generated from airborne laser scans and registered property records; terrain reflects bare-earth elevations beneath the tree canopy
- Airborne data density is checked for each parcel before quoting; if a parcel does not meet the standard, the client is told up front
- Built for visual understanding, topography assessment and remote evaluation. Not a legal survey: for boundary marking and pin placement, consult a licensed land surveyor
- Sample homes and access routes are concepts placed at true scale
